In line with these changes in the business processing environment, regulatory authorities such as the Public Prosecutor’s Office, National Tax Service, Fair Trade Commission, Financial Supervisory Service, and Korea Customs Service collect digital data rather than paper data, analyze and restore them to secure evidence, therefore the need to respond is increasing.

The Digital Forensics Team of LAWFIRM CLASS LLC., composed mainly of lawyers from former prosecutors with various investigations experience, through a business agreement with D-FORENSIC CENTER — the first private digital forensics center in Korea— responds to search and seizure and field investigations by regulatory authorities and provides professional legal services for corporate internal investigations.
